Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

I really wish I hadn?t had a 1 star experience. I have lived in Reisterstown my whole life and I know how important it is that these anchor stores do well. It?s always a gamble coming to this particular Starbucks location. My most recent visit, about 10 minutes ago, was not the best visit I?ve had to say the least. After sitting in only a three car line for more than 10 minutes, I got up to the ordering kiosk in the drive thru, was put on hold more than once mid order, and picked up on errors while the barista repeated back the order. Once I got up to the window I was greeted politely, which was nice, and paid but waited 3-4 minutes with the window closed ? hearing all sorts of weird noises...

This location is a joke! It has got to be the worst Starbucks I?ve been to. They decide to open and close whenever they feel like it. Put up signs on the door telling people that they are short staffed so the inside is closed and you have to wait in the ridiculous long drive thru line to pick up your mobile orders. People order ahead on the mobile app for a reason. Waited almost 30 minutes for 2 drinks, and they made both drinks wrong.

Staff is friendly but for the lack of a better word?this is a weird Starbucks. It?s like rolling the dice. Drink might be good, might not. Drive through might be open might not. Everything depends on the day. Lol. It?s a bizarre Starbucks thing experience it?s like going to McDonald?s but with good customer service ???? definitely a management issue. The people who work there are always upbeat and friendly.

Some of their workers might be nice and friendly, but not all of them are properly trained on how to make drinks nor are they will screened for having the right aptitude for doing the job right. Plus Starbucks, as a company, does not treat their employees right nor truly value them like they claim unless they're woke.

I?ve never had an issue with any order. The staff are friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint is you never know if they?re actually open or not. Sometimes only the drive thru is open. Sometimes they?re closed without notice.
