Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

The so called manager named Mose was very rude and disrespectful because he was mad since we had multiple orders, even though we told them AHEAD of time that we have multiple orders to place. He was so dramatic at the check out window and stuck out half his body out of the window and literally yelled at us when he was not even the one who took our order, and never disclosed himself as the manager. When I called to make a complaint he said he was the manager for the day and that I can speak to his supervisor but stated I can tell you right now, even if you complain about me nothing will happen I will never be coming back here again. Terrible customer service.

the terrible service after three months they can not be a simple order straight cream and sugar in a cup coffee never died from this dieucks satisfied can not stand there to drink coffee because of their service.

they have not put so much ice for a venti. after just swallowing a few, I added a 12oz can, it was full before the dose was empty. another 1/4 of a dose will have to ask for light ice next time.

They did a great job. The line for drive through moved a bit slowly, but everything went smoothly
