I stopped by during my work break for a quick coffee and croissant, but the drive-thru was incredibly slow. I waited for over 15 minutes with only three cars ahead of me. In my rush to get back to work, I didn’t check my coffee until I got there, and I noticed it felt unusually light. When I opened the lid, I found that it wasn't even filled to the top as I expected—and I didn't get the whipped cream I had requested! To make matters worse, my ham and cheese croissant wasn't even warmed up. When I called to explain the situation, I was basically told that there was nothing they could do over the phone. Thanks for nothing!

The customer service here is absolutely terrible. While I get that this Starbucks is busy and deals with a lot of orders, I don’t understand why a customer should wait 15 minutes for their order when the store is empty and the order is ready, without anyone calling out the name. The staff seem indifferent, and the overall morale is quite low. I would recommend skipping this location and going to the next one. This place deserves a 1-star rating all around. Service: Dine in.

I visited this restaurant because there wasn't enough seating available nearby. I decided to buy a drink to support the establishment that provided me with a place to sit, as I have physical issues that make standing or walking for long periods quite painful. I share the sentiments of others who commented on the unfriendly staff. I can't remember ever receiving a warm welcome from anyone. It had been some time since my last visit, and I couldn't help but notice there seems to be less seating available now.

Donna and the team are consistently friendly and attentive. The service is excellent, the drinks are fantastic, and you never have to wait long for anything.
