Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

I was just in and was watching while waiting for my drip coffee (we got the rest of our order already). The guy made 5 lattes and my cup just sat there. He put my cup behind all the others. Our sandwiches were getting cold and my man already had his beverage. When someone FINALLY picked up my cup, she didnt even stir it. Also, the lattes that were made before mine were not good. I know this because I am a certified barista and my FIRST barista job was actually at Starbucks. All the espresso shots were dead...gross. Do better Starbucks!!! With the extreme pricing, you should ATLEAST get a good drink. Have a blessed day.

Really really bad service. I’ve never been to a Starbucks so slow or one that so actively ignores customers. If you’re slow, at least acknowledge people standing there and acknowledge the wait. I’m glad I’m not in SJ as often anymore because this was atrocious. I don’t recommend coming here if you actually want to be served in a timely manner, even if you apply a loose definition of that.

Lovely crew of folks who work here! On top of my caffeine fix, Sonya (and the rest of the team) put a smile to my face every time I go through the drive-thru. Great customer service and speedy service at a busy location. Thank you all?

If you order a drink iced there should be ice in in… not four small ice cubes floating at the top of a warm latte. Paying for a $10 drink shouldn’t come with the same issues you get with Tim Hortans.

Starbucks, a multi billion dollar company now begging for tips at the drive through. A multi billion dollar company shohld just pay your **** employees, stop begging for handouts.
