Starbucks - Reservar mesa

After waiting in line for 15 minutes I was told that it was going to be another 30 minutes for my beverage. I have attempted many times this week to order but every time the debit/credit machine is down or order ahead isn’t available. It is also very rare that when I do come here that it is timely and efficient service. It’s also rare that I get my correct order. I’ve decided to no longer even attempt this Starbucks or any Starbucks in Thunder Bay for that matter.

Currently been stuck in drive thru line for 20+mins and still not at the window. Not worth it. Never coming back to this location.Edit: it was over 30 mins from time I entered line until I got my 2 drinks. Order window girl seemed to only be doing drive thru ordering and payments... there's no work for her to do if the drive thru line can't move!!!

Save yourself the trouble of going inside unless you've placed a mobile order or can spare 20 to 25 minutes to wait for two drinks. They prioritize mobile orders and the drive-thru, and even that can take around 15 minutes. The management at this Starbucks is quite poor. I definitely recommend avoiding this location unless you have time to kill.

I didn’t receive my drink until the end of my meal, and I wasted 30 minutes waiting for it. The service was really disappointing, and the staff’s attitude was lacking. I asked them to prepare my drink faster because I was in a hurry, but no one seemed to care and they continued to work at their slow pace. Reserve uma mesa agora

This restaurant is fantastic for drive-thru visits, but dining in is not recommended. I understand that this location is quite busy, but it seems to be a bit understaffed. Waiting 30 minutes for just one drink feels excessive. Additionally, there are constantly flies buzzing around.

15-20 minutes to get a GD Coffee? Last time I’ll come here. Maybe it’s the fruit splash drinks? Maybe it’s the iced coffee drinks? It’s really not that complicated.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly.

Only use the drive through. In store customers are low priority and it shows. The waits are unbearably long with focus on drive through and mobile orders. Avoid.

Horrible service. Orders take 20mins. Three people on when it’s completely busy. Manager having employee performance conversation in front of customers. Reserve uma mesa agora

Ordered 2 coffees. Only 2 staff behind the counter. waited over 30 minutes. eventually left without my coffee.
