Usually this place is very pleasant to treat if they make a mistake with an order. the last two days they made a hot chocolate in my order with espresso. this second time I even asked them to be sure that the drink with espresso does not make. when I went to the order, the young man who commanded that I told myself. well, sir, mistakes happen when I remembered him, I had asked not to have the drink with espresso, he repeated his statement but with more representation. one of his female employees immediately followed him with thanks for their patient and understanding, sir the attitude in this load on the display today was very disappointing. so much that I called the customer care line to re...

I ordered a pink drink with light ice. They filled the cup 2/3 full of ice and didnt even fill the cup with drink. There was a good inch of space at the top. It took me less than 5 minutes to drink this expensive drink. This location has done this to me more than once. I will no longer be going there for my drinks.

Visited this location on Christmas day 2021 at about noon. Both my gf and I got sick immediately after finishing our cold coffees (that's all we ordered). We both had stomach problems and she was vomiting all day. Terrible experience, we will NEVER return to this location.

This is supposed to be an iced caramel macchiato. The lid has a terrible smell. I think the milk is actually expired.I was told they don’t longer carry the honey citrus hot tea but I still get it at other locations.Horrible service with the current shift.
