Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

I am not one for leaving bad reviews and I am only doing it to hopefully get the management attention and result in improvement. I held off writing a review for quite a while to make sure that my experience wasn't an isolated incident. Unfortunately it is not the case. I want to start with this, everyone at this location that helped me was really friendly and I believe that what I was experiencing is probably due to miss-management. Everytime I visited this location, for a span of many months and at a different times of the day, the line was very long at the drive thru and it was not better every time I decided to go inside instead. I just came out of this location and it was the worst experience! My husband and I ordered our drinks and we were unhappy with the quality and they did our drinks but it was the same problem. Also, when we first walked in the place is infested with flies everywhere and it was so dirty and had a weird smell. We sat for a bit to get some work done and we had to wipe down our tables. I didn’t enjoy our time there and will be back. Honestly, I’ve never been to a Starbucks and felt this way before. I think that this location needs to ou attention to their cleanliness and customer service.

I like coming to this Starbucks, but only when there are a few customers. My only complaint is if the coffee shop is crowded; it will take forever to get your drink/meal, so I recommend going through the drive through.

This place needs more employees, and faster ones for sure. How long should it take to make a latte?? Waiting for 30 min now and nothing came through. Not coming to this store again.

Service and food were good. I found this location dirty inside. I know it's a busy location but needs to be cleaned more often and garbage emptied.
