Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

I 've been to this Starbucks countless times. The atmosphere is very lively and upbeat, the employees smile and interact with the customers in a positive way, and overall customers leave happier to start or continue on their days.However, upon entering the Starbucks this time. The atmosphere was different, it was very dead and everyone working there looked scared. It took me a while to see the troll in the corner. It had transformed from a coffee shop in America to a dungeon in Transylvania. When I arrived to place my order it almost appeared as if the employees were signaling me with their facial expressions to call for help but I didn 't realize it until I left.It all started when I placed...

If I could give this place no stars I would.SECOND TIME: I Have received watereddowm coffee from this place. The first time it happened I let it go. This time I realized this is intentional. I litterly had to throw 30 dollars of coffee, and a drink away. I would of turned around but I was on my way out of town. Stopped by Williston it was perfect. I'm also reporting this branch to corporate.Don't waste your money just fill you cup with water.

Without a doubt the best Starbucks I’ve been in. The music choices (Lots of Frank Sinatra) made me take my headphones off because the music coming from y’all was better!! Beautifully decorated, great seating. A station for people to draw their favorite animals, and a well crafted beverage. Amazing job and keep up the good work!!!!

Upbeat atmosphere with people who address you by name. Coffee was delicious. Food underwhelming. Convenient. Only place in Essex.
