Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

Very poorly managed location. Hours or circumstances are never updated. It's 1:30p on Saturday afternoon and their drive thru is closed and so are the doors to inside. As customers are pulling up to the drive thru and at the doors walking back and forth to try to get in, the employees inside are just standing in there watching. No sign posting closed, no one coming to the door to explain. Just nothing. Pretty sad. I get times are hard, but just don't stand staring at the people who are trying to give you business. This is the way of this location, however. It is always very unpredictable. Don't waste your time...

I love this Starbucks and it’s my go to. However, it’s been very frustrating lately when I order a mobile order and then the inside is closed. I understand the staffing shortages and the reason why it’s closed and I sympathize. Just a recommendation I think it would be very helpful to shutoff mobile ordering on these days. People order mobile orders simply because they don’t have the time to wait and when you get here instead you have to wait in a 20 minute long drive-thru line for an order you’ve already paid for.

what a waste of time. update their website to reflect the correct operating times. it is 19:30 clock, and we were turned away from their personal and said closed when their hours give their open to ten.

What a Waste of time. Update your website to reflect the correct operating times. It's 7:30 PM, and we were turned away from your staff saying closed when your hours state your open until TEN. WTFFFF.

Turn off mobile order if you can’t come inside and pick up your drink. Makes no sense to order online and then be behind 12 cars to get my drink through drive thru.
