Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

So this morning my family and I went out and got donuts then stopped here for my wife's Hot White Chocolate. We decided on the small 12oz cup and when we got it, it was only half way full, then to make it worse, she got only hot milk. They didn't even make it into the Hot White Chocolate. She gets this drink all the time and just could not believe that they did this. Think it's this location because it's not the first time this has happen and it's only ever happen at this location.

Don't go inside to order worst mistake, 17 minutes for 1 drink. 5 people after me get their drink 1st. 5 cars in the drive thru as well. Then ask is if order online. The person in front if me gone in 3 minutes. But they say their short staffed. Won't go back there at least admit yall lost my order crazy.

I live closer to another dieucks, but I always come to this, the facility is clean, everyone is super nice, at some point I don't even need coffee to wake me up only on this sunshine people! great work to the manager lowell bekker! specialkudos after lealgha! love this place all the employees!

Always a line, expect 15-35 min wait (Drive-Thru) no matter what time of the day you come. Seems like this location is always understaffed, they’re constantly out of whip cream, if you’re in a rush on lunch break, skip out on this location!

Employees are very nice. They always seem to be out of something when other starbucks have it always. And even with a order ahead pick up. Service is slow.
