Fast service if you go to use the drive thru and there's a long line use app to order ahead and line moves faster. Made my drinks quickly and they tasted great, great service and friend's staff

One of the best Starbucks in town. Other locations make drinks way too sweet, but the Partners here know how to make them really great. Very nice staff.

Gatlinburg caramel ribbon crunch and with that I got a free hot chocolate. That was excellent. Merry Christmas
