Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

I want to thank the young man with brown curly hair who was working the night shift at the restaurant. He was extremely kind and patient. I rarely visit Starbucks, and I was feeling overwhelmed with my fussy toddler. I was unsure of what to order, but I described what I was in the mood for, and he recommended a drink that fit the bill. He made it easy for me to order by just saying "large" instead of correcting me on Starbucks' sizing terms. The drink was delicious, and I was happy to see that they still had cake pops for my toddler to enjoy. I hope that the manager recognizes him for his exceptional service!

This Starbucks in Salt Lake is the best and cleanest one around. It is well managed by a very caring and sweet woman who truly loves her job. It's disheartening to see negative reviews about this place, as I frequently visit due to working nearby. Every business has its ups and downs, but the negative reviews do not accurately reflect how well this Starbucks is run. The manager is quick to address any issues and there are hardworking individuals on staff. Keep up the great work, guys - you're doing an amazing job! Love you all.

I made a mistake with my mobile order and was unable to make changes to it. Despite this, I rushed to the restaurant and asked the employees to help me. They couldn't change my order but were friendly enough to provide a refund. The customer service was good, although there was a bit of a wait. My drink was made well and overall I was happy with my visit.
