Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

Not sure why it is every time I come here, which isn't often, there is always the same manager that is disgustingly rude. I stood as the only customer for what seemed like a century while 6 employees stared at me, didn't ask to take my order, didn't ask if I needed help. Apparently I was supposed to get in an unmarked line for ordered not placed in the app yet. The lady taking these orders had her hands full in a blender. I was instructed to wait until she was able to help me. She dropped what she was doing and took my order, with the fakest smile on her face. Why can't the other 7 people staring at me take an order and help our their team mate? Why am I getting attitude from you when I did...
