Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

Normally when I visit this Starbucks Isaac is the one who helps me at the window and is always super nice and friendly. However, this past week when I visited, there was a young lady who was all about tips to the point where she pushed the pad outside the window and asked me to fill it out now I’m all about giving tips however, when I feel pressured and doing so it makes me not want to come back and visit your location. I feel like the box outside the window is plenty to remind people to leave a tip as they should, however, please don’t do this to your customers. It’s so rude . Mobile orders are slowing down the process of serving current customers and very long. Wait times waited 15 minutes for a cup of coffee.
