Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

I’ve been to this location twice. The first time I was a little annoyed with how the manager was yelling about employee shift coverage or something. But I ignored it. Today I go in and the same manager is sat at a little table yelling to the employee behind the counter about how a shift meeting before someone going on vacation is not going to happen. The other employee calmly and kindly went over to give the manager a drink that she just spend a few minutes making. The manager couldn’t even look up from her phone to say thank you to this employee for bringing her the drink. This manager needs a lesson in professionalism and how to act at work. I have a closer Starbucks to me than this location, but I drive out of the way here because the service is always better. I feel like this place runs like a pretty well oiled machine. I place my order on the app for pick up and I rarely have to wait when I arrive, it's usually ready which I like. The drinks are consistent which I can't say about other locations.
