Starbucks - Reservar mesa

The line was crazy! It wasn't long, but hardly moved! Sooooo slow, people were driving away. The guy taking my order was kinda short with me when I tried to ordered a cake pop. He said they don't have any and they had not for a long time. However this is still listed as a menu item, and the menu has evidence of being recently updated being its only Nov 13th and it has Christmas Holiday stuff on it. I was disappointed by le minimal whip put on my drink, but it was mixed correctly. Another note, I had to ask for a straw for my Frappuccino that does not have a drinking lid. There were no signs prompting me that straw will only be given if asked.

I was very disappointed with the service and drink quality at this Starbucks location. I ordered a medium iced coffee with cream and half the ice, without any sweetener. However, the barista made my drink poorly by adding too much cream and not enough coffee, resulting in a drink that was mostly cream with ice. Despite my dissatisfaction, the barista did not seem to understand my issue. I ended up having to drink a beverage that I did not enjoy while the barista and his coworkers socialized. While the store's recent redecorating effort has improved its appearance, the service could still use some improvement.

The barista I had at the drive-thru, I believe his name is Jordan, was the ray of light I needed today. I often visit this Starbucks location to treat myself, and every time he's working the drive-thru, he is always so kind. I don't think he realizes how incredible his energy is and how contagious it can be. I was having a tough week, but his smile, efficiency, and overall cheerful demeanor were just what I needed. Thank you! I'm sorry if I got his name wrong, but he truly deserves all the good things in life. You guys have a gem in him, so hold on tight to him.

Very nice and helpful people here. Had questions on making cold brew at home and were able to steer me in the right direction on roast and grind preference. Photo is of my home cold brew set up after filling it up and before it hits the fridge! Reserve uma mesa agora

This restaurant is my go-to stop on my way to work every day. The staff is incredible - they know me by name and always remember their regular customers. As a former server, I greatly appreciate that kind of personal touch.
