Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

I visited a Starbucks on May 12th around 12:30pm and waited in line for nearly 20 minutes for the only barista to finish talking to two other customers. The barista refused to talk to me or come within 6 feet to take my order or serve my drink. After I ordered, she walked around to wipe down the cash area I was standing at, even though I didn't touch anything. When she finally gave me my drink, she walked around to clean the end of the counter I was waiting at, again without any reason. It seems like she didn't like that I wasn't wearing a face mask she approved of. She didn't treat the other customers before or after me the same way. I am very disappointed in this barista at this Starbucks...

I ordered a funnel cake drink (which was displayed on the poster wall) and unfortunately, they forgot the white and red toppings. I don't understand how they could forget the ingredients when the picture of the drink was right there. It was their responsibility to get it right.

Many customers have complained about the restaurant hiring new employees who have trouble accurately taking orders. Despite clearly stating their preferences, the employees often make completely different drinks.

Despite the small size, being connected to the local Fred Meyers, the staff are always doing their best to complete the orders and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Very dissatisfied!!! Ordered a white chocolate mocha and after picking it up realized it was super light weight. Took the lid off Half way filled up!
