Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

i’m just so irritated by the fact that i SPECIFICALLY asked for light ice not once, but every time i go and i’m pretty sure multiple people have told them and also had this problem and they still continue to put a BOAT LOAD amount of ice in it?!?! i just never understood why because the description is right on the sticker, it just goes to show they don’t care at all. i told them i wanted light ice and asked for them to take it out when i got the drink and the guy said “i think that is light ice” but does this really look like like ice to you? very disappointed despite the fact the drink is $6 itself.. at least put a little effort into caring about your customers.

Everytime I get hot coffee from this location I get half of what I order. I saved a grande cup to measure my venti coffee today 1/8/24. Very annoyed.

3 young girls one of which has no problem dropping the F bomb in front of customers and another that didn’t know the difference between a hot or cold
