We love you this is our local Starbucks we grab our chai or matcha lattes from you along with our pupaccinos for our pups , this month i lost my beloveth yosef my husband , and your team today when i asked to write my beloveths name on the cup of chai not only surprised me at the window with no pay as it was on the house but , you guys delivered me a message of hope , of COMMUNITY (come unity) and in this starbucks i want to let all my neighbors near or far know this location houses a family who loves and cares who is not here to do buisness but to do service for our city we love you , we pray for your safety going and coming and we support you , downey family ???????????????? ????

Would give 6 Stars if possible! This establishment is an excellent representative of the brand and quite well run. The staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient. Stop here if you care about quality and service for your caffeinated beverage experience!

Just received 3 Frappuccinos that all tasted like they were made with water instead of milk. Thought it was just mine untill the kids complained as well. Very disappointed in this store they are definitely cutting corners..????

Just had the pumpkin cream cold brew with caramel inside and on top, and wow! Best Starbucks drink ever. Also tried the pumpkin loaf and pumpkin cream cheese muffin and OMG. ????????????????

This is my 4th matcha latte at Starbucks in my visit to the LA area, and this one was by far the worst one in the entire LA area. There?s not enough matcha and it?s not even mixed in well.
