Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

You'd think after numerous tries, you could get a drink right since the same person made it OR maybe have someone make it in an attempt to correct it.. This location is hit and miss. I'm not a fan of the poor customer service i.e. being spoken to like a child.. I wish this store was consistent. There's a few staff who make it a wonderful experience and make terrific drinks and then there's other days where you feel like you're an inconvenience for being a paying customer and existing and other staff don't know how to make the drinks. Unfortunately I don't think this will be my regular store anymore. I'd rather go to another location that's worth my tips I leave and know what they're doing wh...

Typically, I would give this location four stars for being the average Starbucks experience and atmosphere. While I usually have no issue, a recent trip here resulted in 2 out of 3 items ordered being very far from correct. Also, how the heck can I use Starbucks as a study option if you all blast loud R&B and rock music over the speaker on a Monday morning at 8:15am?

Not a good experience recently. The manager with the roman numeral tattoo on her forearm is dismissive and her customer service sucks. Would have rather gotten the issue fixed than get her attitude. Oh well I guess.

Excellent drinks, great drive-thru service, don't forget to ask for a puppuccino!!! And, I get free gift cards for Starbucks scanning receipts and playing mobile games through the Fetch App, check it out!!!

Worst Starbucks in Anchorage. They can't even shake the refresher drinks the easiest drinks to make! The syrup/juice concentrate was all at the bottom. Literally had to shake it myself once I got home.
