I love the Shelbyville location! They are accurate on their drinks they always get them correct and are always friendly! I live in Greensburg and I prefer Shelbyville Starbucks anyday over Greensburg. We drive to Shelbyville to get our Starbucks now because our drinks are always correct and we've had to much trouble with Greensburg Starbucks and them not getting them correct and we go almost everyday to Starbucks! That's alot of money not to get our drinks correct and we've been Gold Card Members since 2009! Stopped here on the way back home from a conference. Had to go inside to use the restroom so ordered inside as well. Large Starbucks with several different seating options. I wish something like this layout would make it to our area. Coffee itself was good. Restrooms clean -unisex and handicap accessible. Lots of outdoor seating. Right off 74 interstate Shelbyville.

The staff there always has a smile and a warm greeting. You work to ensure that your order is complete and if you do not know what you want, they are patient and will offer helpful suggestions. I refreshed my little girl there for a morning birthday and she loved it!
