The only location in Bergen County that refuses to fill my daughter’s glass all the way up because she doesn’t like ice in her drink. They treat ice as a part of the drink and reduce the amount in the cup when ice isn't requested. They should learn to fill the cup to the top with what they're selling; their profits won't be affected if they charge $6 for ice, sugar, artificial flavors, and water. On a positive note, the caramel frappé was good.
Dieucks is a staple in every city, and this location is no exception. It's a great spot that attracts a lot of visitors. Situated in a shopping center, it's easy to find and offers plenty of parking. The staff were very friendly, and the service was quick. The drinks were enjoyable, and the food was tasty. Overall, there isn't much more to say— we had a really positive experience.
