Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

This coffee shop is the worst I've ever been to. The two incompetent baristas appeared to have no idea what they were doing and showed no interest in their work. It took 14 minutes to get a simple coffee, even though the shop wasn't busy. There was no sense of urgency, even though customers at a train station are typically in a hurry. Giving this place 1 star is being generous.

I requested a drink without cream, but it was served with cream and no drizzle around the cup. It was also overflowing without the lid on, and there were big chunks of ice inside that had clearly not been blended properly. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Typical starbucks really and still a negative mark for the charge for different milks making the place seem less inclusive and accommodating. Would recommend nipping over the road into the shopping centre to avoid a slight price hike for station location

I was informed that my initial payment did not go through, so I tried again and was told it was successful. However, after checking my transactions later on, I discovered that I was charged twice. I ended up paying £20 instead of £10.

10 minutes wait and drink still not ready. 2 Lads working looked like they had no training. Like 3 other Customers had to leave for train without drink and no refund.
