I went here for a meeting in zoom because xfinity worked in my neighboring. I asked one of the employees at one point to turn the music in the load, and after 15 minutes it was not only rejected, but it was louder. When I asked the hired one second time, she gave me a look out of the hell because I must have interrupted her, and she said she was in the middle of something and she'll come to it. I don't know what sound system they have, but how long does it take to reduce the volume? I don't think I was out of line. I don't think it has ever been rejected and then I had to deal with strange looks from the hired until I left the load. the bad experience on this day had nothing to do with coffe...

I pop into this location when I 'm in the area getting medicine at my dispensary; they 've never gotten an order wrong, and service is always good overall, but it 's not the same as the one I go to regularly, even when there are new people there who don 't know me yet unlike my regular location at 505 W Golf Rd in Schaumburg, where they always say, Welcome, and ask what they can get started for me, then thank me and ask for my name every time, THIS location, while the people are very nice, have never said Welcome, thanked me, or asked for my name. They say thank you at the window when I thank THEM, and like I said, they 're still always very nice. It 's just something I 've noticed as far as...

unbelievable. a place with all generations of people, old style people read recreation papers, young people with the phones and laptops and people read books. wow really magic place.
