Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

It's so rare I rate things on Google, especially a Starbucks but I just received and witnessed great customer service from a white haired man working the counter. Not just to me, but everyone every me. Very outgoing and conversational. Fast service and great food as every other Starbucks but this guy made the experience for me. Customer service is not dead!

my coffee is done 9/10 times wrong. either wrong ingredient missing ingredient or wrong temperature (hot vs eis) and if I try to catch someone's attention, no one seems to be interested in what the problem is that I buy here for the convenientness, but it's unpleasant that I run into the same problem almost daily

full taste experience! beautiful place, clean and comfortable. if you have the opportunity to go to the dach, is one of the best things you can do. excellent quality by wifi!

The parking lot sucks but the staff was extremely nice. Both my friends my drink were made good.
