Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

Ghetto! They closed the cafe but still have online pick up. I get here to pick up my order rushed to get to work and now I’m here for 30minutes still no order. Was in the drive thru line for 15min. Didn’t move. There’s a whole crowd of ppl here waiting for their online orders and no one is coming to the door to give out the orders. They’re being nasty and giving attitude, when they should’ve just closed online ordering. Very unprofessional! I’m sure I’m not the only one late to work today. Smh

I was standing for just 1 hour waiting for my pick-up order, but it was as if the workers had not seen me at all. had eye contact with almost all employees 2-3 times within this hour, but no one interested to ask. Today was my birthday and so I got a free drink and thought that waiting a little long would not hurt me, it was a free drink finally. had to ask a coworker for an hour of standing for my drink wrong!

they have either a great time or a terrible time to order here. a few days they are super nice and friendly, then the next day they ignore them and hastens everything. drive thru is insane 24/7. Online ordering only works a few days. parking: limited in the property

the load looks always fully personalized, but is always dirty! the personal looks like they hate their jobs and show it. I'll buy $7 coffee because I enjoy the quality. I find this place to lack consistency and look not well maintained overall.

the service is great when I go. only the disadvantages are that the inner is often closed for personal questions. so the drive-dru line is extremely long.
