All staff here are extra friendly and polite. No matter how busy they are always welcome you with a smile... makes a big difference. I really want to give Lauren a scream. You had a really busy day and I asked for the used coffee plant. She went and got two big bags that were even offered to take it to my car for me. This is the kind of person who hires all companies that... This store has customer service nails!

This is a walk or a ride through only location in Wylie opposite Wylie High School. I got a good service here and I had no problems. Sometimes I ask extra hot for my drink and it's just warm, but that's most Starbucks sites not just this one. The staff has always been friendly and travels at decent speed.

This must be one of the busiest car-thru locations I often have. But the staff there is hurried, and so the lines move very fast! The peeps at this point always smile and are on their jobs!

I love how they are Covid prepared and all employees always have there masks on. Deducted 1 star because parking is Always a nightmare.

My order did not go through when I arrived in the pick-up window, they prepared it quickly and efficiently.
