Very friendly baristas and reasonably good seating in a small Starbucks, probably chairs for 2 dozen people. Be aware that it's often full although the line is usually never too long. It's located next to the Target store which is why foot traffic is probably largest in the neighborhood. Whole beans and special coffees are sold here, although in limited supply compared to large stores. This is a larger store than the one that exists on 71st Street and Continental avenue, which doesn't feature much seating.

The Starbucks on Austin Street stands out as one of the best when it comes to customer service, whether you're inside the store or ordering to-go. The staff is consistently friendly, patient, and attentive, even during the challenges of the pandemic. I love how they take the time to personalize the delivery bags with a smile! I've never had an order issue in the over three years I've been a customer, both in-store and via Uber Eats. They truly deserve an outstanding rating!

I really appreciate the friendly staff here. I overheard the workers talking about a new hire that just left her first shift. They all said such wonderful things about her. Not just her work, but how sweet they think she is. This place always has great staff that work hard during peak hours. The only downside is the bathroom. But it's expected since they seem to always consistently be busy. Reserve uma mesa agora

The employees at this location are incredibly friendly. From the cashiers to the baristas, they were quick to prepare drinks and kept the area clean. I was more satisfied here than at any other Starbucks in Queens I've visited since the pandemic. Thank you to the wonderful team!

Service was quick and helpful. However, the shop could have been cleaner bathrooms cleaned with tp. Customers are buying something to eat, it is possible to use the facilities too. For better service overall a cleaner shop bathroom.

The workers there were very rude and unprofessional. They always ignore my inquiries and treat me unfriendly, after the hard-time communication with the cashier they even forgot my drink....

This location gets pretty busy, but the staff is great. Gil the barista was patient with us when we asked for a cup of water with our order! Thanks Gil.

I visited for the Peach Herbal tea and a blueberry cookie. The customer service was excellent. This location has an entrance inside a Target Express.
