Starbucks - Reservar mesa

Visited today and was disgusted with how dirty this branch is. The material sofas and chairs are filthy and stained all over so we went to the back where there are wooden chairs/sofas with faux leather. I used my daughters wet wipes to wipe a chair before sitting on it to see if this was clean and the wet wipe was black. I did t feel I could safely prepare my daughters milk with every surface being so grubby and will not be going back until the place has had a proper clean. I dread to think how dirty the floors are. There was no soap in the toilets and I’ve seen people with dogs inside as well putting hair all over the chairs. Just not a hygienic place to eat and drink at all which is a real...

As a local customer, I regret to express my disappointment regarding the coffee shop's operations. While the quality of their coffee is consistently excellent, I have encountered an ongoing issue with their facilities. It is unfortunate that whenever I desire to utilize the facilities, they are unavailable. The coffee shop closes at 5:30pm, and starting from 4pm, the entry to the facilities is consistently closed for cleaning and preparation for closing. On numerous occasions, I have inquired about accessing the facilities, only to be informed by the staff that cleaning is underway. We asked for one large drink and one medium, and received two mediums. Upon informing staff of their mistake, we got told that we hadn't asked for that, though only one staff member was claiming we hadn't and two of us knew that we had. We offered to pay the difference if we had been charged incorrectly, and received a horrible attitude in response. One girl aggressively threw the incorrect drink down the sink, and then a third girl silently slid the new drink across the table at me. We were nothing but polite, and thanked them despite this awful service. We will not be returning and hope the management consider the type of people they are hiring!

Took my family for a coffee on Saturday 18th June 2o22 was totally disgusted by the staff that served me who was not wearing a name badge so I couldn't get her name had plenty of ear piercings in.She was so abrupt and rude when serving up our drinks not a please or a thankyou at all don't know what happened to customer service.When we sat down the furniture is very grubby the floors and the tables were very dirty non hygienic. My disabled mum required the toilet only to be told they was closed .So the only option was to leave her drink and go to M S store is this the way you treat all your customers as we will not be returning again . I visit Strood Starbucks everyday, yesterday my experience was very shocking. I was at the till and I was making my order and I asked for ‘Oat milk and the gentleman (Aiden) said they don’t have any. So I said you “seem to be running out of Oat milk alot recently maybe they need to order more’. (Aiden) then told me to F k off and went and got his stuff and walked out of work. I was in shock and very angry that I have been verbally abused by a staff member. This is unacceptable and I will be contacting head office!!!

Went to Strood Starbucks on the 18th of June for a coffee the whole place was dirty seating badly stained floor need a good clean then told we couldn't use toilets and one of us is disabled had to go to m s don't give it any stars so dispointed will go to Costa next time needs to be reported

Really kind and efficient staff. Very impressed and pleased! Arrived with my daughter having promised her an end of term Starbucks treat and staff were lovely. They recommended a fun drink for my daughter. Thank you for ace customer service

Always love Starbucks in Strood until lately,waiting 10 mins for our coffee while staff was doing delivery orders,always thought customers come first ,this has been twice in one week not the service you expect,real shame Reserve uma mesa agora

Traditional Sausage Sandwich in its photos, its shown with 4 sausages, for around the past 18 months its had 3 and as of last week we now get 2 sliced in half with no notice for the customer

Ok service. The settees are awful! Really dirty looking, please replace them! Coffee good just not a great place due to the awful state of the furniture!
