I had difficulty getting the app to add a payment type and missed the cutoff for Happy Hour order. The Barista I spoke with in relation to my Predicament, Ellen, was extremely understanding and gave me a gift card to facilitate the loss of a great discount. The staff was polite, friendly and welcoming. The drinks we ordered were delicate and refreshing. It was a very positive experience and we will definitely visit this place again. Thank you.

I hear bad details of this place almost daily from co-workers, but I came in and leave me without complaint. When I was entered and another employee took my order with full kindness. Place was clean and in stock, my order was made right and at all due speed.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! They were super busy this morning and we had some problems with our drinks, but they were very friendly and helped us get exactly what we wanted! Will come to this place from now on, just for it!

the baristas are amazing and put the freeze-dried strawberries on the top of the drink in my refresher
