Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

Ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew it was very bitter, no vanilla syrup taste, no flavor to cold foam- certainly no pumpkin spice flavor to cold foam. Tasted like bitter old coffee , not fresh, no flavor. Horrible!!! VERY Disappointing !! Definitely not worth the money. Complete total waste of money. Hermitage Starbucks used to be one of our faves in the area used to sing praises on the flavor quality of various coffees. Definitely not any more !! I so wish you had more power outlets to make this a usable space for working or studying. Almost no power outlets totally prevents this. This almost seems like this Starbucks has outdated technology/ facility. It needs upgrades to make it usable and practical. Also, music was too loud and not suitable music for working or studying. This is blasting hip hop music. Not practical at all. Completely unusable space.

Friendly. Can be hit or miss how fast they are. Some days their fast, but other days they are slower than a turtle. I waited at least 30 minutes on several occasions. Accepts all payment methods and Google, Android and Apple Pay.

Quick and very friendly. I was just there (Mon 12/20 2:05) and made a mobile order and I forgot no whip on my drink. The guy who works there saw that my drink was soy and didn't put the whip on me and I'm so grateful!
