Starbucks Kingsway Drive Thru

As you stroll through Dundee on your way to breakfast, you'll come across a beautiful, modern, and clean café that offers a great selection of breakfast items and coffee. It was quiet when we walked in, but it quickly became busy with both drive-thru customers and patrons inside. The staff were friendly and eager to chat, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The waitress who served me today was incredibly rude and sarcastic for no reason at all. At least she managed to make her colleague with the man bun laugh; I guess they need to find some way to amuse themselves in a job they clearly dislike. To make matters worse, the coffee tasted terrible. Great job, everyone.

Didn’t even order. Stood there for five minutes. I actually manage a Starbucks kiosk in USA. Nobody spoke to us, nobody made eye contact so we decided to go to Gregg’s where the service was much better. Will never go back. Thank you for an awful experience.

Went 8pm for a coffee and the staff couldn't be more rude. They were already tidying the shop and it was still 2 hrs before closing time. Terrible atmosphere. No cream on my hot chocolate.

The experience was decent, but I believe the seating area should be improved to enhance comfort.
