Station One Smokehouse

Amazing staffs cutting the meat and making the sides!!! The food was amazing. Got quarter of beef brisket, pulled pork, turkey, pork belly, and spicy sausage link. For sides I got the elote, Mac and cheese, and green beans made to order. 3 sauces, spicy bbq(great! , bourbon peach sweet bbq(my favorite! , and Texas gold mustard(really grew on me . The meats were absolute perfection. Next time I will get brisket, pulled pork, pork belly, and turkey sandwich. Def green beans and elote! Great bbq spot downtown plainfield. Afterwards I went to hazel maries ice cream a block away. Perfect meal ending with awesome ice cream.

I am a true heart BBQ enthusiast. I have tried to be some places close to my opposing only disappointed. trust me, station one smokehouse is the place for me. here are my observations: the parking was clean, the restaurant was clean and organized. the staff was very friendly and very helpful. the rest was clean and on camp. and finally, but certainly not least, eating is amazing. I had brisket, ripen and smoked. it was so delicate, tasty and so tasteful! enjoy your visit in stationary one smokehouse. great recovery

second time in stationary and was not disappointed. the shredded chicken sauce was the best I ever had. the beef basket was so delicately tasteful. the sides are one must try. the brussel sprouts w. Pork bell, the Tatertot cress and the Pinto beans were as good as the bbq. friendly employee gardeners. during the week they are almost guaranteed that they will not become oit from everything they desire. three.

I enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich. I also ordered the maisbrot with honey butter and Mac cheese. the portions are well dimensioned. everything was fresh and very tasty. the waiting staff was very friendly and accommodating. they also have outside seats that I want to use in warmer weather. I am looking forward to my next visit.

first order from station one today . I have picked up my order an hour early because of a timetable change. they finished my order pretty fast. her chopped brisket sandwich was delicious, the prices are fair. I like the location of this restaurant and its atmosphere.
