Steak N Shake - Reservar uma mesa

The food at this restaurant is very good and the value for the money is great. I especially enjoyed the vegetable soup and the jalapeño burger. However, my overall dining experience was not great as I would only give it a 2 star rating. The table service was extremely slow and it was clear that they were understaffed. My soup did not arrive until after my main dish was served, which has happened before. Many other customers were also unhappy with the slow service. I would have been better off using the drive-thru instead.

It is definitely worth making the drive to this particular location instead of the northern one. The food and service were quick and efficient, and the burgers we ordered were cooked perfectly. The man working the grill even won a bunny from the claw machine and kindly gave it to my girlfriend. Acts of kindness and excellent service like this always leave a positive impression on me.

I love this place my favorite place to eat since I moved to Atlanta and relocated to Illinois. I must say with everything that is going on in the world customer service is non existent… until today GiGi in Bolingbrook gave the best customer service she was so sweet and efficient with making sure my order was correct. Thank you so much GIGI you rock on Weber rd. In Bolingbrook

I give this restaurant five stars because of Marcus. He is the best waiter we have ever experienced, and we always request him when we dine there. Please keep him on staff and consider giving him a raise!
