Steak N Shake - Reservar uma mesa

They say that 3 strikes and your out but not me. I’m a glutton for punishment and today is the 6th and final strike. Huge lines outside that take forever. The indoor kiosks are either not working or you cannot special order what it is you want. The little staff they do have would rather stare at you than address you with even a “hi, welcome to Steak n Shake”. Nope they’d rather pretend you are not there.This used to be a frequent stop for me but never again. Over priced mediocre food at best. Oh and don’t bother calling they won’t even answer the phone. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.I give them 1 star ONLY because zero stars is not an option.I give them 3-6 months before the shut the doors.

S'nS now has ordering terminals inside. And 3 picnic tables with umbrellas outside. A great way to stay socially distant in this time of BA5 Covid!

great food. by no one who wants to work, they need to use a kiosk to order and pay for their food. no more waitress. the personal was great.

order yourself and pay them, eat is brought to them, friendly staff. clean room in comparison to other places I visited. great eating.

eating is in order, just have to wait 30 minutes minimum while driving through. would avoid coming here at night.
