Steak 'n Shake - Reservar uma mesa

The fries tasted stale. When I went inside to request a fresh batch, the woman told me that they had just made them. I could sense her irritation with my request, but I genuinely wanted new fries. I suggested that they should change the grease and then left, thinking to myself that I would never return. It's disappointing because I used to visit this restaurant every week—just a few dollars spent on replacing the fries could have resolved the issue.

I visited this location on a Wednesday night with my partner, and we had an incredible experience. We were warmly welcomed with smiles and received assistance right as we entered. The food was fresh and tasted fantastic. Our shakes were delightful, too. The manager was also exceptional. We will definitely be returning!

Good was not that good, the customer service was awful! The manager was rude and lazy. She didn't even tell me my total, just wanting money. I had to ask, then no receipt and no condiments that I asked for, I was told no with no explanation of whythey could not be provided. Definitely don't recommend going here.

Went to this location on a Wednesday night had an amazing experience with my partner. We were greeted with smiles offered assistance soon as we walked in the door, our food was fresh tasted amazing. Our shakes were great as well. The manager wasawesome as well. Will definitely return.

Perfect setting for a quick and quiet place to grab a bite. Kids love the crane game inside but be prepared not to win anything.
