Steak 'n Shake - Reservar uma mesa

We always loved the burgers, shakes and onion rings. However, we rarely go here because of previous visits where we had to wait to be sitting, wait for order, wait 30 minutes for our shakes and longer for our food. Today we were shocked and pleasantly surprised. Our whole experience was absolutely fabulous today! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. We were immediately welcomed at the Hostess Station. I would highly recommend asking for Krystal P. as your server...sweet, super attentive, southern belle friendly... the absolute best server we ever had on S S S S and best servers anywhere, since moving to AL 3 years ago. My husband had the new 6oz. Prime Steakburger and I had the new White Truff...

20. September 2018 I went to this place where I always got a good service and because I sit with one of their employees, the server called Amy took care of all the others and I am the last person she came. I brought it to her and she says we're working there, I never worked on this place, and I'll never go back here because I refuse to deal with stupid people like Amy.

The servers are very pleasant and are very welcome. The food reminds me of an earlier time and has a very healthy taste. The Chile foot long hot dog and the Koleslaw is one of my favorites! The smile keeps me back and forth. That's what Santa Claus is about!

Excellent fast food and service I loved my waitress she was amazing the manager, I think it was him who checked me with my service was great, and I think it was such a brunch that helped was fantastic. A great place to recommend to everyone

Honestly it's cheap, the food is good, and the staff is friendly. Depending on when you go, it may be crowded, but the wait normally isn't too horrible if you have any patience.
