Steak N Shake - Reservar uma mesa

The food at this restaurant is still tasty and the staff is very friendly. However, my main issue is with the recent changes. It seems that for the first time in a few years, there has been some restructuring within the company. Now, there are no longer waiters or waitresses; instead, you order from a kiosk. It also appears that some menu items have been removed. Overall, the atmosphere is lacking compared to before.

I absolutely adore the new look of this restaurant. The fact that I can customize my meal and serve myself is just fantastic. It's natural for some people to struggle with change, and I've noticed that there are more negative reactions than positive ones (as I sit here). But let's keep moving forward - those who are open to it are already here embracing it!

Received everything I ordered ! Including drinks! Order was exactly how I wanted to. Wanted no sauce on my graphic burger and got none as requested!
