Walked out today after the employee told me they can’t accept a $100 bill.then when we walked out he changed his story and at that point we were almost out the door.shocking customer treatment don’t forget we are locals as are our family and friends,don’t treat your community like that we oh your wages.shambolic set up,people waiting to use a machine while staff stand and chat.won’t be back.the dude in the blue shirt is a clown too absolutely repulsive attitude and to shout after someone while they walk out is rude and disrespectful.used to love it there now it’s a joke factory.

I loved this place. it's still good, but some things that didn't have to change have changed. they are not sitting anymore. they order on a kiosk immediately after the entry and then sit without instructions. there is a participant who seems to serve the entire etage, including cleaning, wizard, served clothes, help with kiosks and more. he did a great job, but probably only a fraction of it before all these changes. at least there was no cajun seasoned or even serving kondiments on the table. seems like a small thing, but that was something in the ground unique for s

We had a wonderful experience thanks to Ben. When we first arrived he met us at the door and was very helpful throughout our stay. It’s refreshing to have someone treat us as a guest and not just a customer. The food was delicious as well. I wish more steak and shakes were like this one. Thank you!!

We waited at least 15 minutes for a server. I almost left. The food was not up to steK and shake standards. The place was nasty dirty. Ketchup salt and pepper shakers were nasty. I waited 10 minutes to pay, I finally had to go ask someone to take my money ! Won't be going there again!
