We were in the hacienda for the second time today. The first time I wanted to celebrate my birthday there and it didn't go well because a replacement cook lost our order and other guests who came to us for 1 hour were served before us. At some point, we were so upset that we left. My birthday was messed up. Before anger and disappointment I had written a bad review. After a few days, the owner had reported himself to me and apologized since she was in the hospital at that time. We were invited to retrieve my birthday. Going to this steak house for years and were always satisfied. Food and service was always top...my favorite is always the No.51 which we had again today. Look forward to the next time
