I already knew I had to get the soup dumplings long before arriving but also decided we could not survive on those alone. We got the seared beef bao, steamed pork and cabbage dumplings, beef shank was a must and pork belly wasn't to be missed. The food arrived to the table quickly as it came out of the kitchen. Pork dumplings were first, good but unremarkable. Then our bowls came. Beef shank was very delicious and the spicy truly was a hot. The pork belly rice bowl was tasty but paled in comparison to the noodles, its probably better at lunch. This place is the cutest. They have minimal design and leave many supplies to self serve. Great atmosphere with relaxing instrumentals and lo-fi beats in the background. Food seems fairly priced and quality was even better. I ordered Beef Rice Bowl and Veggie Baos. Rice was super fluffy and tasty, beef was tender as advertised, great sauce. Comes with a soy sauce boiled egg which is pleasantly unique. Baos in image had perfect golden color and were absolutely amazing. Like a dumpling and an egg roll and a baby. Highly highly recommend this place, I don’t get a chance to come out here often, but I’m never disappointed.

THIS FOOD IS DELICIOUS!! After getting the chicken rice bowl and soup dumplings I feel like I'm in heaven. The atmosphere is cozy, with a warm lighting and cafe style chairs and tables.The employees are kind and welcoming, even allowing for a small sample if you weren't sure about the taste. I would definitely come here for future travels.

I'm so glad there's a location in Hermitage! The noodles soup is an OG. The rice bowls are a new fave. And I'm so happy they finally have pan seared dumplings!

Beef noodle soup (pho) was very good. Great flavor to the broth. Noodles has a good bite. Service was friendly and quick. I go back.
