A lovely restaurant right in the center of Thun. We enjoyed our meals very much, they were delicious. We had the tartar spicy, although for our taste it was mild, the Kressesalat and the chicken. We were there on a Saturday for Lunch and it was quite busy. Therefore, I recommend making a reservation. The staff was friendly and the resta had an authentic style.

Das Cordon Bleu hatte einen stark säuerlichen Geschmack und musste zurückgegeben werden. Kann passieren, sollte aber nicht. Enttäuschend ist jedoch die Reaktion der Bedienung. Ihre Aussage, dass sich bisher noch kein Kunde beschwert hätte, ist in der Situation weder förderlich noch professionell.

Die Tomatensuppe war Spitze und das Beefsteak-Tartar ebenfalls, schön scharf, wie ich es liebe! Auch die kleine Suppe als Gruss aus der Küche hat ebenfalls gemundet, auch wenn mal so zweimal Suppe isst.

Saibling mit Spargeln und Reis, gute Wahl. Kompliment an die Küche. Leider spielte die Bedienung auf der Terrasse den Pausenclown, schade aber war nervig, darum nur 3 Punkte.

A great family run place. I had the steak tartar while my dad had the rigatoni. it was wonderful. Would recommend this to everyone.
