I don’t quite understand the negative reviews about the food prices or what some perceive as poor service. If I had to guess, it might come down to competition. Stella offers Northern Italian cuisine, crafted by Chef Matteo, who hails from Italy and uses the finest ingredients. This isn't a chain restaurant (unlike that place that rhymes with Schmolive Garden), so the prices are understandably higher. This restaurant is great for families as they provide high chairs. I visited on a weekend around 5:30 PM for a birthday dinner, and there was already a large party seated, with more tables filling up as we got closer to 6-7 PM. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly, though it does get quite noisy and warm as it fills up. Food was served quickly, and the Italian cuisine was solid. While it may not be exceptional, it is definitely comforting. The food was outstanding from start to finish! The service was remarkable. I attended a private work party there, and the room was not only exclusive but also had plenty of windows, so it didn’t feel confined. The service was impeccable, and the food was served at just the right moments—when we finished a course, the next one arrived, but it never felt rushed. The gnocchi was absolutely divine, and the eggplant parmesan stood out, thanks to its delicious tomato sauce—simple yet full of flavor. The experience at this restaurant has been hit or miss. There are times when the food is excellent, but other occasions where it seems overly rich, particularly their signature gnocchi, which is intentionally drenched in butter. The Chicken Parm is reminiscent of what your mom used to make. I visited again for Valentine's Day and would give it four stars. Overall, everything was good, but not extraordinary. Stella Alpina consistently offers excellent Italian cuisine and outstanding service. If you're in the mood for a wonderful wine, I highly recommend trying the Turley. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the truffle gnocchi, spaghetti and meatballs, veal parmigiana, and lasagna; they were all a big hit. You should definitely pay a visit!

Five of us dined at Stella Alpina Osteria on Sunday evening, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options on the menu, and many of us tried the specials, which were excellent. The service was outstanding, making for a truly perfect evening.

Stella has been a favorite of mine for a long time. Recently, however, I've noticed that the portions have gotten smaller, and the quality of the dishes isn't as high as it used to be. This makes it feel like the value isn't as good, which is quite disappointing.

The Pear Fiocchi is delicious and truly one-of-a-kind; I've never come across anything like it anywhere else! It always arrives quickly and fresh.
