I had no idea what to expect when I arrived in Roswell, NM. The town has some trendy coffee shops, nice hotels, and typical tourist attractions, but I was surprised to discover a truly hip coffee shop. I ordered a black-eye, which is a brew with espresso shots and room for cream. It was delicious! The place offers a wide variety of sweets, Mexican sodas (including the amazing Topo Chico—trust me, it's one of the best mineral waters out there), local artists' crafts, teas, and desserts. And if it’s important to you, there isn’t an overwhelming amount of alien-themed merchandise. Personally, I enjoy the alien kitsch since there’s plenty of it in Roswell. I visited this restaurant based on a recommendation for their burrito. The atmosphere was less than welcoming, and after we placed our order, we sat down and waited... and waited... and waited. It took 15 minutes for our single burrito to arrive. Although it was supposed to include bacon, it didn’t. On the upside, it was quite flavorful thanks to the green chilies. However, at $10, it felt overpriced for a burrito without any meat. The overall experience didn't justify the cost or the service. Perhaps we were overlooked because we didn’t order coffee, but we don’t drink it anyway. I would suggest skipping this place.

We needed a little boost while walking around Roswell, so we decided to stop by Stellar for a cup of coffee. The woman at the counter was incredibly friendly. Although they were out of regular coffee, she informed us it would take about five minutes to brew some more. That was perfectly fine with us. While we waited, another staff member kept an eye on the pot to ensure our coffee was ready as soon as it finished brewing. They have a wide range of options to choose from, and yes, the coffee was excellent!

I ordered two cups of coffee and received them in Coca-Cola paper cups, which was quite disappointing in terms of presentation and flavor. The only positive aspect was the customer service, which was satisfactory. Additionally, the main entrance was closed, so we had to walk through a back alley that had an unpleasant odor. The staff here are incredibly friendly! The cappuccino is fantastic, and I was thrilled to find Topo Chico, which I absolutely love. My daughter ordered a Vanilla Bean Frappe, and she enjoyed it very much. The atmosphere is wonderful, and they even have board games available to play!

The atmosphere is very cozy and charming. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the interior is clean. I really enjoyed the stellar lunch wrap—it was delicious! However, the smoothie was a bit underwhelming and lacked flavor. I definitely recommend stopping by!

The banana coffee cake was absolutely delicious warmed up. Had a vanilla latte, too, but the pastry was the best. Nice place to take a break in the ac. Had a cute interior friendly staff.

Went here twice on our Roswell visit. A perfect little coffee shop, with great coffee, amazing breakfast sandwiches, and friendly employees. Definitely a must if you're in town! Reserve uma mesa agora

Got a bagel, coffee, and game of checkers on against my cousin (I won) we are visiting for the day and off to Albuquerque. Gotta love this cool little spot ????
