Stern Pizzeria - Reservar uma mesa

We ordered two dishes to pick up from Pizzeria Stern. The first setback came when we picked it up: We had to wait 25 minutes on site, even though we really didn't place a large order and were there at the agreed time. Reason: One of the dishes was not yet ready. The staff was really very friendly, but there was still no drink or discount for the waiting time. When we unpacked it at home (transportation took about 2 minutes), one of the dishes was very warm, but the other was so cold that we had to warm it up again.
