Steve's Pizza West

I really wanted a meatball grinder, sub to others, I noticed this pizza place, and I was in luck it had a Greek appearing menu. The meatballs were okay and definitely not frozen, I feel like they were homemade but didn't seem baked. They seemed steamed. They were tasty, but I'm partial to this place in Western Massachusetts, but seriously, I would return again. I'm not sure why there was no sauce on it and will definitely ask for that the next time. I ordered the whole grinder, sub, and I'm glad I did so that I could take the other half home with me for my supper last night. Something amazing just happened which compelled me to write this review. I came in to get two slices and a coke. As you come in the dining is clean and welcoming, smells clean and the noise level is perfect. I was greeted from behind the counter the moment I walked in. My order was placed and as I stood to the side to give way for the next patron, I was greeted again by a gentleman who asked if I like water as he proceeded to fill a cup of water with ice and grab a straw, he said please take a seat. We’ve been coming here for years both dined in and take out. Really good local pizza. We usually get either cheese or pepperoni. The decor is nothing fancy, actually kinda bland. They could use a little sprucing up making the place feel more inviting.
