Stone Soup Cottage

Badly managed business. My husband and I were in this restaurant once. The food and service was exceptional. We received three years ago two $100 gift cards from my parents as a Christmas gift. The restaurant is closed shortly after Kovid. We expected the reopening but were disappointed with their decision to remain closed. Since then they have offered a few dinners that are sold out in less than a minute and we could not use our gift cards. My husband and I have done several attempts by phone and email to get my people money back and get no answer. These people can know how to cook, but do not know how to do business and steal peoples money. This restaurant is no longer recommended.

I have had the pleasure of visiting the cottage on several occasions. I know they will be closing soon to explore other ventures and so I'm a bit heartbroken by the news. When I tell you no detail is over looked, the team has given attention to everything. The ambiance is romantic and cozy and rustic. The service rivals any five star restaurant. And the food..... let's just say each visit has been an unforgettable experience. Lastly, the hospitality of the team makes you feel as though you've been invited into their home for dinner. I'm going to miss them dearly but thankfully have a few more opportunities to visit.

This place was absolutely incredible. One of, if not the nicest places I've ever been to. When we arrived we were seated and then told there were fire pits and blankets outside (OMG! ...that we could enjoy before dinner was served. The wine and food was UNBELIEVABLE. Everything was just SO NICE. The chef and his wife (owners were so kind and you could tell they put their heart and soul into this place. All and all it was an incredible experience and well worth the wait (I can see why their reservations are booked out until June . Can't wait to go back!

This was such an enjoyable experience! We have traveled the world dining at various tasting menus and finding this type of quality nestled in a neighborhood with the added touch of a family working together and clearly enjoying what they do is an inspiration that great things and good people are everywhere! We were just passing through in our sprinter van and stopped for an amazing dinner and got to meet some amazing people. Reserve uma mesa agora

The experience was amazing. Happy to see the COVID break has changed nothing. Food and wine were excellent and fun! My only complaint is that our soufflé desserts were not good. They had deflated and were irony. Was sad after such an amazing dinner. However, this restaurant would recommend to everyone for a special occasion.

I dont know what stone soup is, but the classical and modern combined aura of the restaurant provides just the right tone to smooth my karmas and rearrange my senses. Also, we loved having chef Carl serve our table.Official local guide Casey

Owners and employees are very pleasant and know how to make a fine dinning experience great. Carl the cook and owner knows his way around the kitchen and man he can cook!!!!
