Strass Café - Reservar uma mesa

Probably the best coffee I have had in Germany (after two years of living here). This place is small and understated, but the staff are very friendly, speak English German, and make excellent espresso. We were there twice in the weekend, such is our...desperation for good coffee, and both times (two different baristas) it was very good. They are open Sundays too, and the corner location is a great place to sit and observe Freiburg city life go by.

the strass cafe is located in the historic city of Freiburg. so it is a suitable place to start a journey through the castle. it is a typical little eckcafé. the device is beautiful. the served coffee (we had espresso, espresso macchiato, cappuccino) is...outstanding they can have delicious cheesecakes and croissants. highly recommended.

we really want to complicate this bar and its owner. high quality coffee, cappuccino. to breakfast very good cheesecake, croissant and if you want a break, this is your place to have the best coffee in the city, and probably Germany!

a great cappuccino in a porcelain cup during the corona lockdown. meet the local and tourist and owners martin, who also speaks English and is very friendly. accompany others outside his shops for the best coffee in Freiburg.

Perfect corner cafe in Freiburg's heart run by friendly Mancunian expat serving great coffee and cheesecake (tea, croissants as well from what I could see) in a small, simple and arty space. Recommended.
