ONE WORD: AMAZING! This gym welcomed me with open arms. The instructors are top notch! All of them have a plethora of experience in martial arts and have done big things personally and now are helping others discover the greatness in martial arts. They welcome people of all skill sets and spend their time with each individual making sure they are catching on with everything. Thiago B. and Nes are goated!! Best coaches, they take their time and are extremely patient with you, the gyms atmosphere is amazing, everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. I started around a year ago, and I feel a great improvement physically and mentally. Try out a free class and see if this is for you, you won't regret it.

Awesome time at strategic!! Ammy MMA fighter living in Los Angeles visiting home and got in some good work! Loved the class options from kickboxing to BJJ during the day as well, decided to try both and really enjoyed the phenomenal coaching as well. I will be training here for remainder of my trip as well ad in the future!

Firstly, the trainers are professionals in their field. Secondly, only a positive and friendly atmosphere in this school. Thirdly: independent choice of class depending on personal goals. Without a doubt the best mma club in central jersey.
