Strullenkrug - Reservar uma mesa

Hatten vorbestellt, war auch gut so. Saßen im Biergarten. Schnelle freundliche Bedienung, Huxori Bier erfolgreich probiert, Möhrencurrysuppe zuerst. Von der Saisonkarte gewählt. Matjesstipp mit Ananas und Äpfeln in Honigrahm war ungewöhnlich und gut. Sherrymatjes mit Krabben und gewendetem Spiegelei interessant gemacht. Alles in Allem gut geschmeckt, und gut bedient und zum Schluß den Namen Strullenkrug erklärt bekommen.

The traditional old restaurant Strulle in Höxter is very popular by residents of this beautiful small town in East Westfalia. Many generations took their meal and a beer in this cozy tavern. In all these years there was always good atmosphere, best meals and high quality drinks. We in Hoexter like to be there and guests are allways wecome.

Too bad about this restaurant because of Corona, must close again. we are happy to be there and we are satisfied because price and performance are correct. also the beer garden is highly recommended in summer. I would like to say a little criticism: the toilet entrance door should be oiled!

Wir waren am 16.7. wieder im Lokal zum Waffeln essen.Super Biergarten,und die Waffeln sind ein Traum. Wir bekamen zwei Waffeln mit Sahne , frischen Erdbeeren,Erdbeersosse und einer Kugel Eis. Der Preis von 5€ war angemessen.Es lohnt sich wieder zu kommen.

I loved eating. As a vegetarian it is often difficult to find good meals in German restaurants, but that was exceptional. The salads are fresh and dressing and dive their secret to good cooking. Service can be a little slow though...
